G2 Custom Rods is pleased to offer one of the fishing industry's top warranties on our rods. The warranty is two fold:

A 12 month (1 year) repair or replacement for manufacturer defect: If the rod breaks because of a defect in graphite or workmanship within 12 months of the manufactured date, we will repair or replace the rod free of charge. If the rod breaks within the first year for a reason other than manufacturer defect, our limited-lifetime warranty will apply.

A limited-lifetime warranty that applies to breaks of any kind: If your G2 Custom Rod breaks for any reason, we will repair the rod, if possible, or replace it for half of the current retail price (plus current shipping and handling charges). If your particular rod contains components we no longer offer, we will replace the rod with the closest comparable alternative in both price and components. A full estimate will be provided for your approval before any replacement or repair work is initiated.

IMPORTANT: Warranty applies to original rod owner only. Original Warranty Certificate must be presented with claim for processing. If claim is submitted with no Warranty Certificate, the claim will not be processed. G2 Custom Rods reserves the right to determine the best suitable course of action (repair or replacement) on a warranty claim.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit your warranty claim, please completely fill out the blank sections on your original Warranty Certificate and mail us the completed original certificate, along with the defective or broken rod.
